Basis Component – Tapspace Features

The two images below displays the coordinate systems of two elements. A basis itself has no size and is practically boundless. A basis provides a coordinate system by which we can place content. The element of the basis provides a container for further elements. There can be many bases, and often it is the necessary practice when we zoom multiple orders of magnitude in or out. The limits of the floating point arithmetic are quickly faced if we only use single basis as a world coordinate system.
